AS an pharmacy supplying services to the NHS, we have a complains procedure in line with NHS guidelines. Our system meets the national criteria .
If you have a complain to make please speak to the Pharmacy manager , Sajid Hussain to try to resolve the issue in a timely manor. If you are not satisfied with this or wish to bypass the previous step then you can contact our head office at the following address:
